NWGS LLC NIGHTMARE!!!!!! BEWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE AND PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!! I lost thousands of dollars-Terrible customer service.

I purchased several Commercial Dehumidifiers from NWGS for over $8,000.00 and I received 1 damaged and one defective. I emailed before I ordered confirming they had them in stock and shipping time as it was a time sensitive matter. They confirmed they had them and it wouldn't be an issue. Once received them I notated the damage on the bill of lading which i provided to NWGS. Then we opened them and found another didn't work as it drained the water right out all 4 corners of another unit. We emailed and were told we could send them back for replacement. I thought this would work great, but when i asked to clarify that we would receive a refund for the bad units NWGS told us they may or may not refund the money after we send it back. Does anyone else think this is crazy? They take your money, they give you a defective product and then they want you to send the defective product back and still won't guarantee a refund. Its been 12 months and I still have 2 worthless dehumidifiers and HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND! Please avoid this place at all costs if you want to avoid issues like this as there are many others like monstergardens.com that have much better customer service. Beau was horribly rude to me. I think as a customer I should be treated well. Go elsewhere if you want the same. If this is still up, then the problem still hasn't been resolved, and you may want to consider many of the other large retailers like this in order to avoid the LAUNDRY LIST OF PROBLEMS I have had with them. https://www.nwgsupply.com sold me defective products and refuses to give my money back!!!! It doesn't matter what your buying you will most likely be treated the same so just avoid the issue and buy elsewhere!!!!! Proceed with caution when buying from them based on my experience.
