The phone call took 44 minutes! Im not totally sure the part they are sending will fix the problem. I didnt feel the associate helping me actually understand where the problem is coming from. They are sending one part, but feel that it should be two parts not just one. User's recommendation: Not have customers hold so long on the phone, or at least give them a clue as to how long the wait may be. Also why not send both parts instead of hoping the one will fix it!
