I took pictures of the package, and the box showing yeast in the bottom, of the Nutritional Yeast I'd purchased to show them that one package arrived split open. I requested a replacement for this package, as I felt this is a food item, and the packaging has been comprised. Their response was to inquire about the box, and decide that since the box was intact, they were comfortable with what I'd received. "After completing an internal investigation on this matter, it has been concluded that the package was successfully packed and shipped. Had the damage been done in the warehouse we would have full documentation on the incident and there would be a larger mess in the box from having been shaken up during transit."
