i just made my 5th complaint within 7months span to corporate office in Irvine, ca regarding store 1891 E G ST. Ontario, ca although I've continued to trust them after the complaints but its closest location. im so ANGRY I ordered 2-grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids and my daughter noticed her sandwich wasn't grilled cheese it was a cold sloppy sandwich she took 2bites and literally immediately after she got a sharp stomach pain and just barely mad it to restroom. Made her SICK! Called IRVINE once again and complaint, and got the same respond from them so sorry will take care of it blah blah and complimentary cards are being sent REALLY the fact that they always say complimentary has finally made me angry. i said no they're not complimentary those cards you're sending me are PRE-PAID by me the consumer who paid for goods to enjoy the day of purchase the fact that my daughter became ill right after 2bites of the Grilled Cheese and all got from the complaint was im sending you complimentary cards that was disturbing took it in the past 4 complaints but can't anymore IN & OUT Seriously needs to up their game and get things fixed and remain consistent and when they say complimentary they need to own what they say not just send consumers a replacement meal card that was already paid for and call it a complimentary card and make themselves as company feel good about that NO ITS not OK User's recommendation: make them aware of any wrongdoings.
