My husbands employer recently switched to paychex for their payroll. It has been nothing but a nightmare since the change. His W2 was off by almost 6 thousand dollars, they have continued to take the wrong local tax out and we are missing 3 payments from our HSA. we are STILL waiting for an update and corrected W2, a reinbursment of our missing HSA payments and corrected local tax deductions.TH User's recommendation: worst payroll company ever, they have been ignoring my husband employer and HR dept to fix the issues.
