Numerous failed deliveries.

I called them to change my delivery address and they forgot to input into system so delivery failed. 2nd time I called to change delivery date as I had a medical emergency and needed to rush a relative to hospital. They showed up despite customer rep saying she spoke to driver personally. 3rd attempt waited till 9.45pm for them and got another failed delivery notice. Driver claimed no one answered the phone. There was no record of any incoming call on my phone log. How am I going to answer a phantom call ? The customer service hotline is bad. The agents make calls. They put you on hold and the line disconnects if it exceeds a few minutes. If you call again and someone else answers, you repeat your complaint all over again. Best part is they dare not send you customer survey email if they feel you are unhappy with their service! User's recommendation: Bad. Don’t use unless last resort.
