Numerous calls and unknown objective

Within the last 30 days I have received 20+ phone calls from cadence design, Midvale, Utah. No message left, unknown intention, return call to phone number says it is a “Non-working number”. Unwilling to agree to excessive terms & agreements on their “contact us” website link. Who are they? What is the objective of their barrage of phone calls ? Scam???!!!
