Iyers Papad - Punjabi Masala 180 gm Pouch 21 packets supplied were of spoiled quality. I am a NRI and bought to be used in Hong Kong based on the reputation of Big Basket. They apologised and confirmed that they are crediting back my account with the money but later changed the mind saying they can not collect back goods and so can't credit the amount. Their merchandiser and quality control departments performed poorly and that's the reason this situation has arisen. They should hold the supplier liable for a situation where their reputation is at stake. Instead, they are sticking to technicalities of collecting back goods from Mumbai which was not feasible.
