Greetings Sir, Since September 5th we have been forwarding proceedings to start an NRI Account. we have been email a one Mr. Subramonia with the following email address : [protected]@canarabank.com. No matter ho much we follow up on the update, he has failed to update us with any status of the NRI Account. Recently I recived a mail from Canara bank stating that I collect my cheque book. I reside in Dubai, UAE. so I emailed him again, asking where do I collect it from or is there anyway I can send someone who is already in india to collect it from the bank and what are the procedures. I sent this mail on 23rd September. Still, haven't received any response. Attaching screenshots of the email below. Kindly respond to this matter immediately.
