Date of the incident: 16/07/2021 eDreams booking reference: [protected] Ayodele Matthew Adesina departure to Lagos Nigeria on 16/07/2021 The email from eDreams that the flight was cancelled was sent to my email at 19.01h while my flight was at 16:30h that same day. So, following occurred: - new speed covid test was required because mine was not valid long enough due to the delay and the new flight the next day at 9AM. - transportation to the airport, back home, back the next day, cost me a lot of extra money. - my transportation in Lagos required 2 days stay in hotel instead of one. - the next day my trip took me almost 24 hours instead of 18 hours. Thanks to the helpdeesk of Qatar Airlines I could get a confirmation ticket that my flight was delayed, but eDreams did not inform me of anything in time nor inform me of the new flight. The chatting system on eDreams kept on going in circles, not providing me right procedures in this circomstance. I would be very grateful if the extra costs of the delay could be refunded: - 120, 00 EUR of the covid test on Brussels Airport - parking twice: 12 EUR each time - extra fuel: 12 EUR
