Staff did not adhere to the "customer is always right rule" Manager had nothing better to do than to tell us you can't jump in pool, you cant keep you wet towels/bathing suit on lounge chair, you cant play ball, you cant use that bbq...The rooms were spacious but the sheets had blood stains and hair on them. The room was musty and moldy because the windows were open and the air was not on when we got their in the 100 degree weather. The Most horrible experience we have ever had on a vacation. The area Lauderdale by the Sea was fantastic for us divers and beach goers. Just Stay somewhere else. The manger knocked on my door and then walked into my room without being invited! The rooms were unsafe because their was an adjoining door that did not lock and was only blocked by movable furniture.
