I received call from manager. Unfortunately manager was very rude and told me it is what it is and cats are unpredictable. His tone was very very belitteling to the point I told him Im letting him go. I would like a refund on my top up if my AC I am very displeased with the service I received and would like this resolved as I am very unhappy with service.
