Nothing but lies

I ordered medication for my dog. I provided all the information needed; however, i have been waiting almost 22 days for something that takes no more than five days to be delivered by any other company. Every time that i contact them, they just advise me to wait until the end of the month. I am sure this company is nothing but scammers.
