Moved out of one of Pan Group properties due to career change. I rented in Toronto only to have subpar rental experience. I've been their tenant for years and was always treated with respect and the building looked clean and well taken care of. If I have an opportunity to rent from them again, I will do without any reservation. They were the best property manager in Peterborough area beyond any doubt. I guess there will always be tenants with some bad experience. All I can say is I wish they manage my building in Toronto. Wish them all the best and thanks!
