We purchased 8 large custom fatheads for our trade show booth at our biggest trade show. The images were going to be the focal point and help us sell our products. We tried to apply 2 of them and however we did it, even following instructions, the images were wrinkled, bubbled and were stretched out at the bottom distorting the images. I called customer service and spoke to Zach and the only help he offered was to use a rubber spatula or they could send us 2 new images a day after the show started. I asked to speak to someone higher up and days later am still waiting to be contacted. We had to tape the images with their backings on, to the walls in the booth which still did not look great and defeated the whole purpose of spending the money on decals. I asked Zach if I could send these back to him after the show and see if there was something else that could be done, and his answer was no - this was a custom order. TERRIBLE customer service and a TERRIBLE product! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
