Not Worth It and hidden uncovered charges

Filed the claim in October 2018, finally finishing up the claim in January 2019. The claims adjuster was disapointing and unhelpful, making every step of the way frustrating and time consuming. They failed to email Enterprise, then threatened to close my claim. They did not answer questions, and only got back to me on Fridays, a week after I had emailed them, each time. I began to wonder if my claims adjuster was a real person. Finally after calling and talking to some one other than who was assigned to my claim I was able to get some answers. Unfortunately even though I bought full insurance through orbitz, it did not cover their hidden fees for Admin Fees and Diminishment of value. So I still lose out 185 dollars even though I had full insurance up to $35,000 of damage. Long story short, I would not recommend buying rental car insurance through AON via Orbitz.com.
