Tried to cancel 6 month subscription within 24 hours. Could not find "cancel" on website so sent email to cancel. To this moment no reply. I contacted credit card company to dispute. First off, I was charged $80 for 6 months but they show 6 months as $49.95. Second, every search gave me info I already had and could have obtained anywhere else for FREE! Site is extremely difficult to use and you have numerous steps to take in order to just begin a search. NewspaperArchive is useless and once you are in you are hooked for the term of the subscription. I so regret ever getting into this mess. STAY AWAY!
