Not what I wanted

I received an email advertising a 20pc. Hammered steel set, includes bakeware. For 4 payments of 49.99, when I ordered I got the 20pc set that includes utensils not bakeware. I couldn't get the people on the line to find the one I wanted. The first woman I talked to hung up on me, and the second a guy I could barely understand said no problem and ordered it. I thought, but it wasn't the one I wanted.
