Not very business like, promises made, never deliverd

in July ordered an entertainment center showed that we could pay for it. was at first told it would be delivered in two weeks, then in a month due to problems at the factory, then September 19th, then November 19 with two more notices after we complained after the delay notices. and then we get from them a notice that was rude that if we do not like it we could cancel. So at her suggestion we canceled our order and ordered some where else and saved money, headaches, and telling every one how rude they were to us. i have been in customer service for over 30 years and have not treated a customer in that fashion. User's recommendation: Be wary/ have all E-mails.
