Not to happy about service

I purchased a new mattress and a new stove a month ago and has not yet been delivered to my house . the reason is ,the mattress has been n the store for about two weeks , I have not received yet, the stove was supposed to be here on the first of August, I called about my mattress and the said that the stove would be here July 22 and they would deliver all at one time. now they r saying September 3 for stove . I need my mattress, now . y r they holding my mattress. I paid to have it delivered. now I'm about to cancel my order. can u help
