Not to buy it

Hello , I got the 7.2 air fryer of Wolfgang Puck off of HSN when he was on there. it STOP WORKING, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SYNERGYHOUSEWARES for the last four months and they have been giving us the run around. I though it would be a great product but not so much now...
