Not the first time being disappointed.

Previously ordered flowers a few years ago. The amount of flowers was so much fewer than what was depicted on the website. Recipient was disappointed. I was embarrassed. Today, I ordered a Same Day Delivery of a Premium Fruit Basket, hoping this time would not be a disappointment. I was wrong. Even the foil Happy Birthday balloon was not blown up fully or it was leaking. The premium fruit basket has a lot less fruits than what the website shows. In addition, the website asks if a card is to be enclosed, but upon arrival, only a note was attached. I have to apologize to my recipient, I think she was quite disappointed with this gift basket. Needless to say, I feel totally embarrassed. Can they be kind enough to send the rest of the order out and do it right this time? OR...can I get a refund? User's recommendation: Make sure you read the reviews before you give them your business.
