I went there with my mother-in-law and my daughter. When I first got there I told a man named Nino that I was looking for a 2007 to 2008 Honda Civic. He said lets go in and check out what we got, Never said anything about running a credit report on me or my husband. Then when he asked if he could talk to my husband about the car he told him that I was looking into a 2013 Honda Civic, Which was a Lie, I plainly told him at the front door what I wanted and after that I was wanting to leave but he said they had another Honda Civic down the road at the other dealer ship. We headed that way and he left us behind pulling out of the company parking lot thank God we have TomTom. I realized on the way there that he had not given me my license back so we couldn't just tell him that we weren't interested in the car. We had to go there look at the car which looked horrible and even the steering wheel covering was torn off of it. Finally was able to get my license back thank God but even at the other location where he works at the other sales men were extremely pushy asking us constantly if we were going to finance instead of using cash and that it be better for the both of us if we did finance. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealer ship!!! I bought a 2010 Honda Civic from West Chevrolet Inc down Alcoa for a little over 6000 with only 164000 miles when the 2007 that was at the Nino's dealership had roughly 170,000. Way over priced for what they were wanting for that car!!!
