Not the Best Customer Service

On December 21, 2018, I responded to an email about canceling a backordered item, asking for my order to be canceled. Within minutes I received the following response: "Dear Joanne Freimuth, Thank you for contacting us about cancelling an item in your order. One of our representatives will review your message and respond within 48 hours. Thank you, In The Company Of Dogs Customer Service" Unfortunately, the 48 hours passed 10 days ago. I have received no further correspondence from the company.
