Not sure yet…but it’s not looking good
I literally just purchased an iPhone 7 yesterday (amazing deal of $2/mo with contract)--but as of this next day, I have not received any confirmation that they are going to send me a phone. I have sent three messages to customer services with not one response yet. Does anyone actually work at Credo customer service? I planned to leave Sprint because of the phenomenal deal on the phone and only $40/mo service with 3GB data. But is that worth it if they don't even send me the phone! And I'm headed out of town this Friday. I need my new phone or I need to quit Credo before I even start. I'm worried.
