Not sure my order has gone through?

I have ordered with order number 328****, about 25 days ago with my payment being successful and I still don't know the current status that if its been accepted and if they are going to be delivered? I have been trying to contact them since then but there were no replies neither to my emails nor to the phone call. I would really appreciate the status and if its not going to be delivered then I would request for the refund. User's recommendation: Please don't waste your tome and money on this website.
