Not sure..

I ordered 5 items, gave my phone # and email address, and name and shipping address. Put in my VISA card info. My bank stopped it and I received a text making sure I authorized purchase. I said I did. The bank went ahead and took it off hold. The site took my money, but no email, no phone call welcoming me or thanking me for my order...not sure if they are going to even send me what I ordered. Very confused! I would love for them to acknowledge me...
