Service since March '19 spotty - to nonexistent. No help. When called to cancel service, was told service canceled, wouldn't get bill for next cycle- (12 days out). Returned modem as directed, which they confirmed received before what would have been the next payment due date. They now want to bill an additional 78 dollars for ???? (only 12 days from former due date and original bill only 43.90/month.) Customer services reps hung up on me. Glad a new company is taking over. Company NOT GOOD, NO Support since leaving our town. TOO late to salvage this customer relationship! Should have canceled as soon as they ditched the local office in Montana.
