NOT SOLVED PROBLEM AND DISHONEST WARRANTY

This company does not honor their 100% warranty. I was provided a quote for annual service that offered a 100% warranty with a promise that they would return between scheduled visits should a problem persist. After the treatment I continued to have the same lawn bug problems and it was very evident; NOT small or hardly noticeable. I asked that they return, which they did promptly. However, that same week I walked in the yard using white socks with my sneakers and within 10’ of the door I had multiple jumping fleas on my socks. I again called to discuss the continued problem but was told that I would need to pay more money to continue service. Instead of 4 times per year I must do 6 times. I might have agreed to the increased number of visits IF they could first show me that they could remedy the problem. I wasn’t about to agree when, after all, they couldn’t fix my problem AND were dishonest regarding their supposed 100% warranty. I did not ask for a 100% warranty. It was PestBear that stated the service had a 100% warranty. I did not tell them how many visits per year were necessary. It was PestBear that analyzed the property and told me how many times per year they would. Given my dissatisfaction, I asked for a refund in accordance to a 100% warranty. I was again denied. Don’t count on PestBear for the 100% warranty and, possibly, being able to help with your lawn. If they fail or you are dissatisfied they will not honor the promise. The most offensive thing was that they were so proud of their 100% guarantee that it was repeated over and over both spoken and in writing. Oh well, I wanted to be sure you knew about my bad experience and hope you do not have the same should you risk your trust to PestBear. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because their administration staff was very efficient. I only wish that the technical side of the business was the same.
