Not-So-Friendly Service

I ate at the Big Boy restaurant in Ocala with my social club--they had a breakfast buffet. Our server was rude to me. I asked her if I could get a refill on OJ and in a mean tone of voice, she said "No." I was informed that they don't give free refills on OJ. It would have been friendly of her to say "I'm sorry, we don't give free refills on orange juice." I would scarcely go back again after the unfriendly way our server treated me.
