I traveled to Vero Beach, FL for my father's funeral this week. My sister was kind enough to make a reservation on Smart Shuttle for my return to the Orlando airport. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to cancel the reservation. The utterly unfriendly person at SS informed me that my reservation was non- refundable regardless of circumstances. SS made an already painful situation even worse. I recommend avoiding this company if possible. During this period of turmoil, several of my family members have been extended additional courtesy due to their bereavement condition, yet only Smart Shuttle responded in such a heartless manner. Smart Shuttle is NOT a smart way to travel!
