Not satisfied with the agent

Hi, I am policy holder in your co, whenever I call the agent he never returns my calls. I guess he is not interested in returning the call and he is concerned about his commision. He is in N.Y and his no is:B0263****. Kindly do the needful for else I will change the co even I have to moore.
