Not satisfied with billing and personal

Been with insurance for 2 years. In pass 3 to 4 mths had Insurance cancel due to so call no funds in account as personal Sayed . had to pay additional fees for personal era on your part somehow they automatically had the wrong acount number after all this time. Your personal didn't seem to care or try to adjust this mistake so you lost a customer to all state
