Not same day delivery as promised

I ordered something around 11:30AM, called multiple times trying to check it's status but was met with a ridiculously long wait time on hold for customer service. Then I find out the delivery will not be made the same day, even though that is specifically what I paid for. 20% refund and an apology notice, but it doesn't do much if the recipient isn't there the next day, is it? Hence the wanting same day delivery. And I bet they would not have even told me the delivery could not be made if I had not called in. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM SEND FLOWERS.COM.
