Showing up to a CG workout is like playing Russian roulette...could be fine could literally injure you or those you care about. My last workout we were told to race each other down a muddy hill and around a tree and to cheer our teammates on to go faster as they did it. As we should have guessed someone was badly hurt and had to crawl to their car be picked up and placed in it and driven home. I felt terrible because as instructed I was told to cheer her on as she did this irresponsible thing. Customer service has been a nightmare...over and over again I'm told I will receive a call back within 24 hours and over and over again I do not.
