Update by user Jul 23, 2020 The transaction hasn’t shown in my wallet. I contacted the help service after 24 hours, first they replied your transaction was less than an amount allowed in the platform. I replied they are mistaken as it was around $185. Again it took them more than 10 hours to reply that because the transaction was from USD to bitcoins it is impossible to retrieve the transaction and add on to that I should be more careful next time. Original review posted by user Jul 23, 2020 It has been 185 USDT sent to my wallet, it can not not be retrieved because it was not bitcoins, the platform should cancel a transaction which is not acceptable by it not stealing it. User's recommendation: Never ever.
