Not refunding overpayment

In February I made my monthly payment to service masters, of $95.00 dollars, they process the payment and then processed another payment of approx.$136 dollars. I called and informed them of their mistake and ask that they put my money back into my account. The CS rep. saw the error and said the funds would be back into my account within 3 days, as of today I've yet to receive my money. I kept calling and they became so irate with me, very nasty. User's recommendation: be careful how you pay these people.
