I have purchased 7 tickets online for the round trip from KARACHI to TURKEY on 1 AUG to 8 AUG. I made a purchase on 14 June and my booking reference is SN4IQ5. I made a transaction for about USD 2112. Then got to know about the quarantine period in Turkey so then decided to return my ticket i called customer representative of Turkish Airlines they didn't discuss any of the charges or the amount which will be deducted or what will you be refunded nothing they just cancelled it and emailed me that i will only get USD 91/ticket without even mentioning any detail about what amount is deducted if they have told me about this much loss I may have considered it agiain User's recommendation: Never travel with Turkish airlines worst experience.
