Order no. OR1340**** I returned a top to you, for refund, on May 29, and I still haven't heard from you that you've received, and I still haven't had a refund. I have a certificate of posting; the barcode is NX05822****GB Could you please let me know what happens if the returned item is lost in the post? Thank you.
