I ordered my wig on 02/25/19, didn't arrive until 03/12/19 and charged $41.99 for shipping on a $39.99 wig. Shipping should have been $9.99, standard delivery 5-7 business days. On 03/15/19 after many calls to different numbers, was told it was a computer glitch and would receive a refund of $32.00. As of today, 03/29/19, I have not received refund and attempted to call the different phone numbers, which have been disconnected or connected to "Iowa Customer Service-Public TV" wanting donations for their TV Station.
