Not recommended for the cognitively impaired

Trying to check out was an overwhelming ordeal...I am recently disabled and I don't usually go to the grocery store so I don't understand the process anymore. You have to self check and pay for a bag if you don't have 1. I did not know this . The employee that is supposed to help was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He was very impatient and seemed kind of pissed off that I was having trouble and really didn't care to help much.. Needless to say this is my 1st and last trip to this store.. It was very uncomfortable. Employees need training on customer service. Some people are disabled in ways that you can not obviously tell. Such as psychological and cognitive issues That make daily living very difficult .. thank you..
