Not receiving refund of my paid and cancelled order to my bank account, the mode of payment

Have place and cancelled an order of 1098. Order ID 20551****. Why am I not getting my refund into my bank account when I have prepaid through bank account.will not do because of my bad experience sw User's recommendation: Till I get my problem solved not yet.
