Not receiving ref points.

Hello, for some reason I'm missing 3 - 4000 points 12000 points for ref that I made and made sure they scanned their receipts. They were to get 2000 each and I was to get 4000 points for each one. They are not showing up in my ref either! Help! User's recommendation: Make sure you receive your points!
