Not receiving product I ordered

Back in December 2016 I ordered medicated shampoo for my sick dog. The order was ordered quickly but I never received the shampoo. Contacted zoxoro several times and was told that there were freight issues. Eventually in February they refunded me my $59 only for it to be taken out of my account again a few weeks later!!! I have contacted them since as I did not receive a new order confirmation (even though I did not place a new order) but I have had no reply at all. Definitely think this company is a scam. Don't order from them.
