Not receiving ordered merchandise ordered April 21.

Got email today and they referred to a different order that I had no problems with. Order number I gave them was ignored. I have spent two hours on the phone and never got any response. I emailed them today and demanded my money be returned as quickly as they took it from my account In other words absolutely zero help from Kingsize Direct. Plan to contact TV station here that helps consumers. User's recommendation: Don’t bother.
