not receiving my products after 2 months.

I ordered a dress and headpiece in December and I still haven't received the products. I've made payment and no longer need the items as the ocassion has pasted. Please may I be refunded the full amount as soon as possible. DLN6P947U - This was my order no. Please look into the so that you can find out what happened and I can have my refund. Also you need to make it easier for people to contact you directly on your website. This is both frustrating and very unprofessional. I'm sure your aiming to provide good customer service. At the moment I am not a happy customer especially because I don't have the items and I have not got my money back. SORT IT OUT!
