Not receiving my november statement

I have not recieved my November monthly statement and tried your call in number and could not reach a human to help me. My account number is: [protected]. My name is PatriciaR Robinson. I have had this problem one other time, need to know if your company knows what the problem could be. Also very dis appointed in your answering service. I am not planning on paying a late charge also. Because of your service.
