I am a lifetime member ([protected] 2) and I have not received any benefits, including the handy magazine. If you won't honor my membership then refund my membership fee. This is the only company I know of that requires a complaint to be at least 350 characters long instead of just stating the facts of what the problem is. I didn't think I needed to write a book. This is 409 characters, I hope it enough.
