Not receiving magazine package

Paid for Martha Stewart living was supposed to get a year of free Do it Yourself, storage solutions book. Mailed $13.99 9/24/19. So far received one magazine of Martha Stewart Living, nothing else. Tried to call toll free number got recording. Number is not working.
