Not receiving a product after two months

I placed an order on December 10th, 2015. From reading on the website, I knew I would probably not get the sweatshirt for the holidays, but was willing to wait a bit for a very unique item I really wanted. It's now February 10th, and I still haven't received anything. I emailed them quite a few times, and just feel like I'm getting the run around. First, I was told that the order wasn't "dispatched" until January 5th because of the holidays. I received an automated reply when my order was accepted, why couldn't it have included information about being closed for the holidays? Now I'm being told that it can take 31 business days for it to reach me. I have family in Ireland (I'm in the USA), and it certainly doesn't take a month for my packages to reach them! And considering US mail runs on Saturdays, I'm almost at 31 "business" days now! After reading all these other complaints, which I really wish I had delved deeper before ordering, I have doubts I will ever receive my order. I sent yet another email yesterday, and am waiting the reply (by the way, no tracking?!? It's 2016, almost ALL mail comes with tracking and this is a business!), but I fully intend to contest the charge with my bank and nochex if I don't receive a satisfactory reply, or my item, in the next for days.
